Steve is a New Jersey native who moved to Glen Ridge 15 years ago. He has a very rich and diverse business background and has held positions in various accounting, financial, and marketing capacities, including his recent work as an Industry Expert in Self-Directed IRA’s where he assisted people seeking to invest in Real Estate using their Retirement Accounts. He also worked for 10 years as the Vice President and Partner with the Appel/Moran Team, New York City’s most successful mortgage origination team, ranked #7 in the country. It was through this experience that Steve has had the privilege to work with some of the industry’s top professionals, and has developed the skills that are necessary to evaluate the real estate market.

With a proven track record of delivering on the high expectations of his customers and clients, Steve is known within the industry for his innovative marketing skills and negotiating abilities, as well as his keen insight on cutting-edge market trends and changing conditions. “It is vital to stay on the cutting edge of technology, seeking solutions from research, market intelligence, and communications,” Steve said, “and it helps me guide clients as they navigate through the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.”

Steve also serves as the CEO/Partner of his own Real Estate Investment Company, GreenRose Enterprises, specializing in designing, renovating, and landscaping properties, making each one “the perfect home.” It is through this experience that Steve continues to work closely with developers, sellers, buyers, designers, architects, inspectors, mortgage brokers, advertisers, and creative sales teams. As a design professional, Steve stages each of his listings to create an environment in which anyone can see themselves living there. His sense of humor, energy and infectious enthusiasm produce cohesive and successful real estate sales.
