If you are in real estate you’ve most likely heard of Jonathan Steingraber. He is known for his passionate speaking, in-depth training, and his personal story.

In 2009 Jon realized his passion for public speaking while working with FortuneBuilders Inc. He started off as an intern in their real estate investment company CT Homes LLC which is famous for being on the hit TV show Flip This House on A&E. He noticed an opportunity and moved out to San Diego. His offer to them was simple he says, “I’ll work for free, no questions asked.” He quickly proved to be more valuable than an intern and became the marketing director. Quickly he developed a business model for the educational side of the business which is called FortuneBuilders and he was recruited full time. Jon headed up program development and was the creator of what is their business model today where they tour the country teaching students on how to get on a path to financial independence. He worked hand in hand with Than Merrill, Paul Esajian and others to grow the company from a few million dollars a year to a few hundred million a year. Jon and a few other employees of FortuneBuilders launched nationwide and eventually into Canada. Jon was recognized consistently with the “Most Influential” award at FortuneBuilders Inc.
As a national speaker With FortuneBuilders Inc. Jon has trained over 100,000 realtors and investors. But what he’s most proud of when he was asked, is not how many people he has trained but the few hundred that took the time to hand write him letters on how his seminars impacted their lives.
After years of traveling the USA and Canada speaking every weekend at FB seminars, he decided to get off the road and put his skills to work for his own ventures.
Jon is a serial entrepreneur and not just in an “Instagram” tag line sort of way.
Now Jon’s priority is Signature Realty. In 2016 Jon partnered with Michelle Pais (his beautiful wife and power broker) to grow Signature Realty in NJ. Since then the company has grown by a few hundred percent.
